How to get started

Complete Onboarding Forms

When you join, we’ll send you onboarding forms to sign, including the Membership Agreement, Medical Consent, and Medical Release Forms for every member on the account. 

Save Our Contact Info

Our contact card has key information to make it easy for you to reach out. Don’t forget to download it from your Welcome Email and save it on your phone.

Welcome Call with Member Services

An advisor from our Member Services team will reach out to highlight the many ways you can use Sollis.

Clinical Onboarding

This non-mandatory step gives you the chance to talk to a provider over the phone or in person about your medical history, your baseline health, and your care preferences. 

We encourage our members to go through this onboarding process in order to get to know Sollis Health and learn how we can best support your medical needs.

Welcome Call with Member Services

Once you become a member, a Member Services Advisor will reach out to schedule a welcome call. During this call, our Member Services team will highlight all the ways you can use Sollis, what we can treat, and how our members typically use our services. Additionally, our team can answer any questions you may have.

In-Person Welcome Consultation

While not mandatory, we encourage all our new members to have a Welcome Consultation. This in-center visit includes a tour and a consultation with one of our board-certified emergency medicine doctors. They will perform a baseline examination and blood draw, collect additional background information, and showcase all our in-center services.
 
There is no charge for this visit or for any routine labs or EKG that may be performed. This does not replace an annual physical examination with your primary care physician.

Meet Your on Site Pediatrician

Dr. Tiffany Fischman

 

Dr. Fischman has over a decade of experience, including an impressive blend of top-tier academic and community pediatrics. After completing her pediatric residency at Goryeb Children’s Hospital in New Jersey, she was named an Instructor in Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School. She then moved to LA, where she attended at Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles and Providence St. Johns (Santa Monica), as well as at Calabasas Pediatrics, where she provided concierge pediatrics including house calls. She is thrilled to provide Sollis-level care to our members.

Urgent and Emergency Care

  • Procedures such as stitches, orthopedic, wound care, respiratory and ENT needs

  • Unlimited rapid diagnostic testing for strep, RSV, flu, mono, and COVID-19 (antigen, not PCR)* 
  • Routine in-house blood work: CBC, PT/INR, CMP, BMP, lipid panel, liver panel + (+ Amylase), CRP Plus Metlyte, MetLac 12, UA, urine Hcg, and glucose check 
  • Troponin tests

Care Coordination & Patient Advocacy

  • Coordination of specialist appointments (including scheduling and sending imaging scans), submitting insurance claims to your out-of-network provider, at-home and long-term care, and ambulance transportation
  • Patient advocacy during hospitalization, including coordination with hospital VIP services
  • Preferred pricing with external medical providers, concierge PCPs, and specialists

*All laboratory tests sent out to outside parties may bill your insurance.


**Sollis can submit invoices on your behalf to your commercial health insurance plan with out-of-network benefits. Depending on your health plan, you may be reimbursed directly by your insurance company. Sollis cannot submit claims to government insurance, including Medicare.

Specific imaging availability and pricing are dependent on Sollis location.
