- Travel Medicine and Advisory - Get 24/7 travel advisory and guidance anytime, anywhere, including help finding local care, issuing letters of recovery, and more.
- Everyday Care - Not sure if it’s a “real” emergency? We’re here for everyday care, too, from rashes to respiratory infections, from pediatrics through geriatrics.
- Advanced On-Site Imaging - While all our centers have basic imaging, our flagships have advanced imaging (MRI, CT, ultrasound and mobile ultrasound, EKG).
- Virtual Care and Telemedicine - Connect with a provider 24/7 via phone, text, email, or video chat. Our physicians can provide immediate medical support, conduct evaluations over the phone, and more.
- House Calls - Prefer to be seen from the comfort of home? Get an emergency-trained provider for stitches, blood work, and at-home imaging (like X-rays) with the help of our partners.
- Expedited Specialist Access - We have 2,000+ leading specialists on speed dial so you can get the care you need in days—not weeks.
- Care Coordination and Patient Advocacy - We’ll work with your other providers to maintain continuity of your care, help you navigate the medical system, advocate for you in case of hospitalization, coordinate private transport, and identify long-term in-home care if you need it.
How Do I Receive Care at Sollis?
On-Demand Virtual Care
When a medical issue arises, you can call, email, text, or video chat with our providers 24/7, 365. If we feel you need more attention or care, you can come into one of our centers or a provider can come to your home via house call.
In-Center Visits
Our centers are staffed with expert ER-trained providers who can treat 90% of what a traditional ER can. While in-center, our physicians have access to a comprehensive in-house lab, radiology, and more to make rapid diagnoses so your treatment can begin without delay*.
House Calls
If you would like to be seen in the comfort of your own home, we can send a provider for medical evaluations, testing and blood work, stitches, IVs, and more.
Follow-Up and Aftercare
After you seek treatment at Sollis, we’ll keep checking in to make sure you have all the care you need to feel better. After each visit:
- We’ll send all necessary documents to your primary care physician and/or preferred specialist.
- We’ll find you the right specialist within your preferred qualifications, location, and insurance coverage and help you book an appointment in days—not weeks.
- We’ll send any imaging done at Sollis do your primary care physician and/or preferred specialist.

Sollis streamlines and supports your care journey by providing you with a team devoted to helping you navigate the stress and confusion of healthcare. Your Care Navigation Team helps you find specialists, get VIP services at local hospitals, access at-home care, and set up nursing or home health aide care through our partners.
